Enquiries, not online orders

KRCKBRND Custom is operated by Krack Street Wear SRL, identified above. It presents custom apparel and merchandise services, primarily for businesses and organisations. This site has no checkout and takes no payments. The linked retail shop is a separate service.

A brief is a request for discussion or a quote. It is not an order, acceptance of a quote or a promise of production. Visiting the site or submitting the form does not by itself create a production contract.

Project agreements

Scope, quantities, artwork approval, materials, tolerances, price, taxes, payment stages, delivery, cancellation and timing must be agreed separately in writing before work is commissioned. A quotation states its validity. Website examples do not replace the agreed specification.

Changes to an approved project may require a revised price and schedule. Availability, colours, finishes and deadlines must be confirmed for the particular project; images are illustrative of work or approaches.

Materials and acceptable use

Provide accurate contact details and only materials you are authorised to share. You retain rights in your supplied content. Submission permits us to use it as necessary to assess and discuss your request; production rights are covered by the later agreement.

Do not submit unlawful material, infringe intellectual property or privacy, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorised access. We may reject abusive requests or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security. Original site content belongs to the relevant rights holders; viewing and sharing links is allowed, while other reuse needs permission unless allowed by law.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care with information and security, but errors, maintenance and interruptions can occur. Ask for confirmation before relying on site information for a project. Third-party links have their own terms and privacy practices.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intentional wrongdoing, or limits mandatory rights. Responsibilities for accepted orders follow their agreement and applicable law.

Consumer protections

If you act as a consumer, mandatory Romanian and EU protections remain applicable. Before a consumer contract is concluded, the relevant pre-contract information and applicable cancellation or withdrawal conditions must be supplied.

The withdrawal exception for goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised applies only where its legal conditions are met. It does not remove rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods. Submitting a brief is not a general waiver of consumer rights.

Complaints and applicable law

Send questions or complaints to hq@krckbrnd.ro with details that help us investigate. We aim to resolve issues directly. Consumers may contact ANPC and use eligible alternative dispute resolution, without losing access to a court.

Romanian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable conflict-of-law rules. Jurisdiction follows applicable law. Changes to these website terms apply prospectively; existing project agreements change only as agreed or required by law.
